Dr. Heyden Silvaner 2023,Rheinhessen - $19
Oily with lime zest and petrol, this shows Silvaner’s savory, herbaceous, flinty character, with delicate peach, geranium and star fruit. This silky-smooth feel is punctuated by firming mineral notes and a jolt of acidity and smoke.
Schäfer-Fröhlich Müller-Thurgau 2023, Nahe - $27
A well-crafted, mineral-driven style, this white exhibits notes of sea salt and white pepper that glide along the core of quince and persimmon flavors. Nicely balanced, with moderate length.
Robert Weil “Tradition” Riesling 2024, Rheingau - $30
There’s a supple, mouth-filling quality to this Riesling, which offers nice density yet is never heavy. Pretty notes of peach and apple show ripeness tempered by a crushed stone mineral foundation, with crystalline purity and freshness on the vivid finish.
Fritz Haag Estate Riesling 2023,Mosel - $25
This is satisfyingly juicy, with mouthcoating roundness to the notes of apple, chamomile and heather. Zesty acidity brings brightness and balance to the stony finish. Firm and precise, with a kick of savory dried herbs.
Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Riesling GG 2023, Mosel - $74
Grapefruit and nectarine are streaked with lemon and lime in this penetrating Riesling, with white tea and candied flower-petal details. Smolders on the weighty palate, with a smoky, savory dimension that stretches way out. Broad and weighty, with round edges to the zesty finish.
Dr. Loosen Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling Auslese 2023, Mosel - $68
Green tea, persimmon, and apple jelly lead the palate of this ripe and round Riesling, which is beautifully tinged with petrol and watercress. Despite its pronounced off-dryness, this stays perfectly upright thanks to an invigorating acid wash that carries the steeped fruit through the finish.
Friedrich Becker Schweigen Spätburgunder 2018, Pfalz - $56
A slim red, this is smoky and offers cherry and pomegranate fruit. An earthy element seeps in on the firm finish.
Graf Neipperg Lemberger 2019, Württemberg - $30
A fresh and juicy version, featuring raspberry and yogurt aromas, followed by hints of velvet and blueberry. Well-balanced, with silky tannins.

1. Jadix Picpoul de Pinet 2025, Languedoc-Roussillon $20
A light, breezy, charmingly aromatic white, with fragrant peach and apple fueled by zesty lime peel acidity. Ends with a chalky, smoky impression.
2. Benito Ferrara “Vigna Cicogna” Greco di Tufo 2024, Campania $35
A medium-bodied white, with hints of blood orange zest and tarragon accenting flavors of ruby red grapefruit sorbet, ripe pear, almond skin and smoke. Lingering finish.
3. Casa Agricola Pepe Mendoza Blanco 2022, Alicante $27
Notes of jasmine, citrus, rose petal and orange blossoms are joined by fennel, chamomile and rock tea on the palate. Nice salinity on the finish.
4. Anima Negra “Quibia” 2022, Mallorca $30
This white is light but has energy and focus, delivering intriguing flavors that build on the palate, with peach, quince, jasmine and mineral notes mingling over fresh tangerine acidity. Subtle but expressive.
5. Gai’a “Nychteri” Assyrtiko 2025, Santorini $66
This lithe, bright white integrates lemony acidity and a tangy streak of salinity with flavors of crunchy peach, oyster shell, wild sage and rosemary. Focused and linear through the mouthwatering finish.
6. Domaines Ott Rosé 2025, Côtes de Provence $35
Expressive tones of melon, tangerine and jasmine are soft and creamy, with smoky mineral elements wafting through. The finish is cleaned up with salty acidity, so this ends on a refreshing note.
7. Casa Agricola Pepe Mendoza Giró de Abargues 2020, Alicante $54
An ethereal and delicate wine with aromas of lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus and balsamic. Noble tannins will allow this wine to have a long life.
8. Shatter Grenache 2022, Languedoc-Roussillon $23
This inky, concentrated red is packed with flavors of blackberry, red plum reduction, mineral, melted licorice and spice. Hints of coffee, cured meat and dried herbs meld together on the structured finish.
9. Massaya Cap 2018, Bekaa Valley $54
A serious spine of graphite supports this fresh, meaty red. Pretty floral and red currant notes are set against hot cement and dusty earth, powered by tannins that build in stature for the firmly structured, bright and hefty finish.
10. Lupo Meraviglia “Tre di Tre” Rosso 2023, Puglia $15
Enticing medicinal herb and floral notes lead to ripe plum skin and black and red currant fruit flavors on the palate, all underscored by rich touches of fig cake, smoke and vanilla. This is medium-bodied and lively, with light, taut tannins on the spiced finish.

1. Valldolina “Tutusaus” Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2022, Penedès $32
An elegant sparkler, showing a fine, sandy mousse, with a streak of salinity underscoring flavors of
grainy pear, preserved lemon, beeswax and pickled ginger. Aged for 36 months on the lees from
vineyards that are certified organic. Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes.
2. FUSO “Spuma” Frizzante NV, Emilia-Romagna $23
Candied strawberry, stone, spice and singed orange peel notes are bright and tangy in this
balanced frizzante sipper. FUSO works with farmers and producers who are committed to organic
viticulture, low intervention and terroir driven wines. Made with 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara.
3. Jean Aubron Folle Blanche 2023, Loire Valley $19
Zippy and electric, this 100% Folle Blanche is harvested from 40+ year old vines, fermented in
stainless steel and aged for a few months on its lees. Crisp and bright, with notes of lime zest and
limestone, white flowers and a bit of salinity on the finish. The winemaker practices sustainable
farming with experimentation in organic farming.
4. Signano Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2024, Tuscany $23
A saffron aroma and flavor makes this white distinctive, adding apple, citrus and saline elements to
the mix. The texture is appealing, while the finish lingers with a lemon freshness. Subtle yet
complex.
5. The Eyríe Vineyards Pinot Blanc 2023, Willamette Valley $44
Crisp yet supple, with delicately expressive flavors of nectarine, lemon and melon that glide on the
finish. Viticulture at all the estate’s vineyards are certified organic. The winemaker takes a slower
approach to this grape and allows longer aging time then is typical of this varietal to allow for a
more complex profile.
6. Stolpman “Love You Bunches” Rosé 2025, Ballard Canyon $18
Notes of strawberry married with cool, firm peach. Breezy lemon-lime and lifting mint combine
effortlessly through the light and playful palate. Smooth, with just a hint of refreshing acidity on the
finish. 100% Grenache. This winery is committed to preserving the natural environment for their
vines through organic farming, dry farming and sustainable employment. During the winemaking
process, they prefer native fermentation and minimal manipulation.
7. Martha Stoumen “Post Flirtation” White NV, California $26
Distinct, opening with perfumed, floral notes of dried honeysuckle and jasmine set against a tangy
core of yellow raisin and peach notes, before finishing with a sweet-sour candied note reminiscent
of cider. The plush texture and crisp finish are appealing. Vermentino, Roussanne, Marsanne and
Muscat Blanc.
8. Jean-Claude Lapalu 2022, Côte de Brouilly $37
Lapalu is revered for his commitment to naturally farmed, naturally produced Beaujolais. This wine
has concentrated black cherry and slate-spicy aromas with subtle floral notes and a distinct
volcanic edge. The palate is fresh and focused, driven by bright acidity and fine, lightly grippy
tannins that give the wine definition. The finish is clean and energetic.
9. Ilahe Pinot Noir 2023, Willamette Valley $35
Aromas of ripe plum, nutmeg, cigar box, and vanilla bean leap out of the glass. The perceivable
fruit on the palate, cherry torte, tamarind paste, strawberry jam, anise, nutmeg and cinnamon
spice, help develop a balanced and weighted mouth feel with good acidity and smooth velvet
tannins that lingers.
10. Bodegas Frontonio “Supersónico” Garnacha 2021, Aragón $34
This shows restrained notes of dried flowers and wild herbs. It’s very elegant and composed. The
palate is floral with blood orange flavors. Very vibrant, medium-bodied and energetic yet subtle,
with ethereal fruit.
11. Alois Lageder Schiava 2024, Alto Adige $19
Subtly pronounced on the nose, fresh and fruity, with floral notes and white pepper. Light to medium-
bodied, well-balanced, soft, and dry on the palate.

1. Henriot Brut Rosé NV, Champagne $85
A plush version, with focus to its flavors of white cherry, blood orange pith, salted Marcona almond
and pastry cream. Chiseled acidity drives the spice and mineral laced finish. Pinot Noir,
Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 92 WS, 92 WE, 92 JS
2. Monte Tondo Frizzante Rosé NV, Veneto $18
Dusty raspberry and pencil lead waft off the nose and leads to ripe raspberry and strawberry on the
palate with a light frizzante touch. Fruity and well-balanced on the finish. 100% Corvina.
3. Marqués de Riscal Rosado 2024, Rioja $16
This rosé is bright, firm and savory, with herbal and briny notes framing berry, cherry and
watermelon flavors. Crisp acidity imparts focus, and this has the structure for food. 90%
Tempranillo and 10% Viura.
4. Stoller Rosé 2025, Willamette Valley $17
Tart and fresh, with snappy cherry and raspberry flavors that glide on the finish.
100% Pinot Noir.
5. Kanonkop “Kadette” Rosé 2025, Stellenbosch $17
Elegant, with flavors of crushed strawberry and watermelon, underscored by a vibrant, blood
orange-like acidity. Herbal hints show on the finish. 100% Pinotage.
6. Mirabeau “Pure” Rosé 2024, Côtes de Provence $18
Notes of verbena and creamed melon are round and juicy, with savory lashings of singed herbs
and salt. Density builds nicely, with racy acidity keeping the tension high through the saline,
streamlined finish. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
7. Massaya Rosé 2023, Beqaa Valley $22
Lots of dried cherry flavors and stony notes mark this racy rosé. Notes of currant and spice chime in on
the fresh finish. Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon.
8. Tablas Creek “Patelin de Tablas” Rosé 2024, Paso Robles $30
Delicate and pretty, with expressive notes of watermelon and strawberry. Syrah, Grenache and
Mourvèdre.
9. Scribe Rosé 2025, Carneros $38
Sleek and refined, with vibrant strawberry, watermelon and orange blossom tones that end on an
impeccably dry accent. 100% Pinot Noir.
10. Domaine du Gros’ Noré Rosé 2024, Bandol $45
Creamy notes of orange cream and melon join a hint of mango in this streamlined style. Rich yet sewn
up, with a tug of tannins for structure. Complex, full and savory, showing plenty of mineral dynamism.
Will age for years. Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Grenache and Clairette.

Pol Roger Brut 2018, Champagne - $ 145
Pale yellow with silver highlights, the wine produces an alluring effervescence that rises from a cord
of fine persistent bubbles. An especially open and expressive nose begins with notes of dried fruit,
cocoa, almond and coconut. Allowed to breathe, notes of yellow fruits such as Mirabelle plum and
eau de vie add to the nose which, though young, is rich and promising. The palate is exceedingly
fresh. Crisp acidity gives it a strong backbone that carries right through to the finish. Those aromas of
dried fruits from the first nose persist, with nuances of citrus, lemon and bitter orange completing the
palate and reinforcing the youth of the wine. On the finish, subtle notes of confected fruits come. 60%
Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. 94 JS, 93 D, 93 RP, 93 V
Prager “Hinter Der Burg” Gruner Veltliner 2024, Wachau - $ 58
Prager's stylistic signature is that of aromatic complexity coupled with power and tension. High
density planting and long hang times ensure ripe fruit flavors and concentration, yet allowing leaves to
shade the fruit lend vibrant aromatics of grasses, herbs, and wildflowers. Minerality is a constant
feature of any Prager wine. With maximum alcohol of 12.5%, Grüner Veltliner Federspiel is never
heavy. Its freshness and savoriness make it ideal with high-integrity ingredients such as seared white
fish or sautéed spring vegetables. Grüner Veltliner is a classic accompaniment to Wiener Schnitzel.

Jos. Joh. Prüm “Graacher Himmelreich” Riesling 2022, Mosel - $ 60
J.J. Prum Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spatlese is a very pale yellow with pristine expression of
fruit. Immediately showing great balance of sweetness and acidity, a bit creamier than the Kabinett,
lovely stone fruit, very elegant with that kick from the well known Graacher acidity. Good length with a
bright and mouthwatering finish. 97 RP, 96 D, 96 JS, 93 WS
Morlett “Ma Douce” Chardonnay 2022, Fort Ross-Seaview - $ 160
Full yellow color. Aromas of lemon drop, crème brulée and orange zest intermixed with strong notes
of minerality (wet stones) and fresh hazelnut. Full bodied and mineral driven, this wine displays a
creamy texture and very long mineral finish. Built to age gracefully for a decade, this wine is already
very approachable. 96 JD, 93 RP
Jean Grivot Pinot Noir 2023, Vosne-Romanee - $ 165
The wine shows aromas and flavors of red berries, herbs, and purple flowers. The palate is rich with
ripe fruit and medium weight with bright acidity and fine tannins. Aging in up to 25% new Burgundian
pièce brings notes of vanilla, toast, and baking spices. JR 92
Vieux Télégraphe “La Crau” 2023, Châteauneuf-du-Pape - $ 138
The classic 2023 Châteauneuf Du Pape checks in as 70% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, and 15%
Syrah raised all in foudre. It's another incredibly classic wine from this domaine that has beautiful red
fruit (cherries, framboise) as well as a mineral-laced array of garrigue, sappy flowers, and crushed
stone. With medium to full-bodied richness, a pure, elegant mouthfeel, and building tannins, it will
benefit from 2-4 years of bottle age and have two decades of overall longevity. Top 100 wines in the
world 2025. 98 JS, 95 JD, 94 V, 94 WS
La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva “Seleccion 904” 2015, Rioja - $ 102
The 2015 Gran Reserva 904 Tinto offers great aromatic complexity, with notes of wild strawberry, red
cherry, plum, blackberry and cranberry combined with aromas of tobacco, brioche, ground coffee,
caramel, cedar and cinnamon blossom. The alcohol and acidity are elegantly balanced on the palate
and its polished, gentle tannins and freshness provide a smooth and refined mouthfeel. Fine, delicate
and very long aftertaste, that will continue to be rounded with time in the bottle, making this new Gran
Reserva 904 a wine with great cellaring potential. 90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano. 98 JS, 95 RP, 94

Marchesi Antinori “Tignanello” 2022, Toscana IGT - $ 190
Tignanello 2022 is intensely ruby red in color with purple hues. The wine opens impressively with
aromas of cherries, ripe black cherries and pomegranate seeds with delicate notes of violets that lead
to fresh balsamic hints. The bouquet is completed by elegant hints of vanilla and cotton candy.
Supple savory tannins impart a dynamic impact on the palate, dense yet fresh. The wine closes with
a lengthy finish that echoes aromas perceived on the nose. 78% Sangiovese, 18% Cabernet

Paul Hobbs Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Coombsville - $ 125
A striking garnet hue sets the stage for blackberry and huckleberry aromas, accented by graphite and
tobacco leaf. Vibrant flavors of cherry, cassis, and dried cranberry integrate seamlessly with hints of
dried herbs and star anise. Polished tannins create a broad, textured palate, while oyster shell
minerality lends a sophisticated, savory edge. The finish is long and lingering, balancing elegance
with youthful energy. 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc. 96

Fresh fruits, violet, flowers, a bit of black cherry and blackcurrant for an elegant nose, bright and

finish is long, sustained, velvety, expressive and fresh.

1. Pommery “Brut Royal” NV, Champagne $60
Bright and inviting with notes of peach, lemon, grapefruit, biscuit and some honey on the nose. Creamy
and round with a juicy, peachy and lightly off-dry palate. Sleek bubbles. One third each of Chardonnay,
Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

2. Chalmers Vermentino 2024, Victoria $26
Bright and fresh and designed to be drunk young with white floral notes, lemon, white stone fruits, pine
nuts and salty sea air. It is light to medium-bodied with a fine and racy mouthfeel that balances out the
light bitterness finish.
3. Melanie Pfister “Berg” Riesling 2024, Alsace $41
This has vibrant apple, citrus and blossom notes that make this lighter-weight Alsace dry Riesling very
enticing. A dancer’s grace and agility, but at the finish it has a delicate touch of tannin that neatly
complements the crisp acidity and mineral freshness. From 100% certified organically grown grapes.
4. Penner-Ash Viognier 2024, Rogue Valley $38
Matured for six months in stainless steel, the Viognier has inviting scents of apple, peach, beeswax,
citrus blossoms and petrichor. The full-bodied palate pairs concentrated, mouth-coating flavors with
surprisingly fresh acidity, and it has a long, nuanced finish. 92 RP
5. Planeta Rosé 2024, Sicily DOC $20
Floral notes of hibiscus and rose encounter hints of wild strawberries, blackberries and melon. Lively
and fresh in the mouth recalling meringue and peach flavors. 90 JS
6. Penner-Ash Pinot Noir 2022, Willamette Valley $53
Capturing the essence of Willamette Valley, this Pinot is elegantly structured and vibrant with acidity yet
plush and polished. Flavors of raspberry and cherry are accented by orange peel, floral tea and spices
as this glides along the vibrant finish.

7. Sansonina “Evaluna” 2022, Garda DOC $24
Hints of dark chocolate, herb and smoke enrich the baked black currant and blackberry fruit of this
balanced, medium-bodied red. Light tannins show on the spiced finish. Cabernet Sauvignon and
Cabernet Franc.
8. Cousiño Macul “Finis Terrae” 2019, Maipo Valley $36
Savory and aged, with spiced quince, plums, cloves, tobacco, and dried orange peel on the nose.
Some vanilla and sweet wood spices are present, but the wine is more about savoriness than anything
else. Old-school in style but complex, with firm tannins, a medium-body and a lengthy finish. Cabernet
Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. 92 JS
9. Altesino Riserva 2019, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG $135
This is fluid and starts out supple, evoking cherry, plum and forest floor flavors, with flashes of tar and
pine. The taut, driving structure, especially its bracing acidity, propels this red to the superlong
aftertaste. Dense, resonant tannins define the finish, which feels compact now despite the unabashed

10. Pahlmeyer “Jayson” Red Blend 2022, Napa Valley $75
A handsomely structured version, with refined black currant, espresso, tomato leaf and toasty spice
flavors that persist toward medium-grained tannins. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot
